1. How do I send my photographs?
   Sending your photograph is easy. Just email it to:

2. Do I get to preview my artwork before receiving it?
   Yes. Once your painting is ready, we will send a digital copy of your photo by email for review. Most of our customers are happy with their first preview. But if you are dissatisfied with our artwork, we will improve it for you until you are completely satisfied with your painting. Only then it is sent to you.
3. How long does it take to receive my painting ?
   Oil Painting takes between 2-3 weeks and a sketch takes between 1-2 weeks.
4. What format should my photo be?
   You may send your picture in .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png or .tiff. We suggest sending the highest resolution and quality photo available. The better the image is, the better will the artist be able to create your painting or sketch.
5. What kind of photos can your tun into paintings, sketches etc.?
   We can paint anything, as long as our artists can clearly see the details of your photo. We do recommend that you keep the following in mind:
   1. Make sure to send photos in which you like like the way the person to be painted looks. If you don't, then please choose another photo. Don't expect our artists to make the person look much better than the photo.
   2. Try to send photos with the highest resolution you can. We generally suggest anywhere from 200KB to 500KB. For anything less than 100 KB size, the resolution might be too low, and our artists may have difficulties with painting all the details.
   3. Please send us the highest quality digital photo you can manage with clear details -avoid faded or blurred pictures for best results.

7. How do you turn my photographs into works of art?
   It is very easy. Send us your photos by email. Our artists will analyze it and then start to paint it after you pay 25% of the total amount. Once our artist completes the work, we evaluate it to ensure it meets our quality standards by doing a 10 pint inspection. We will then send it for your preview and approval. After your confirmation and rest of the payment we will ship it to you.
8. I'm nervous about online shopping. How am I protected from any type of fraud?

   Shopping at RemakePhotos is 100% safe. The entire payment process is done by PayPal, which is respected worldwide for its top security and anti-fraud systems. None of your credit card details are given to us. The only place you enter this information is on the PayPal website.
